We started Sono after seeing the same problem repeat itself across workshops, service centres, and local businesses: busy teams miss calls — and missed calls turn into lost jobs.
It's not that people don't care. It's that the phone rings when someone's under a car, in the middle of a handover, or dealing with a customer standing right in front of them. By the time they call back, the job has already gone somewhere else.
