Our story

We started Sono after seeing the same problem repeat itself across workshops, service centres, and local businesses: busy teams miss calls — and missed calls turn into lost jobs.

It's not that people don't care. It's that the phone rings when someone's under a car, in the middle of a handover, or dealing with a customer standing right in front of them. By the time they call back, the job has already gone somewhere else.

And it's not only one call every now and then, but tens, even hundreds of missed calls every day.

Voicemail wasn't the answer. Neither was hiring another person to sit at the front desk.

So we built Sono: an AI customer service agent that answers every call, captures the right details, books appointments, and handles the routine — so the team can focus on the work that actually makes money.
